The church is administered by a board of eight members and a separate board of trustees. The office bearers for the church board are;
 Pastors - Trever and Nancy Nyamande
Pastor Trever Nyamande and his wife Minister Nancy have been with AFM Stevenage since its formation in September 2005. Under their committed leadership the church has grown from a membership of 16 people to over 200 people. Pastor Trever's greatest desire is for everyone to experience a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.
Minister Nancy leads the Ladies Fellowship ministry of the church and is chair of the committee that oversees the activities of this ministry.
They have been married for 25 years and they have two adult sons, Sean and Bransley.
